Cover: picture sleeve front and back. There are two variations for the copyright information bottom centered on the back. The error reads Radio Corporation o fAmerica and the corrected will read Radio Corporation of America.1

The variation in copyright offsets was documented by Burning Love Records in an eBay auction which ended September 11, 2011. A comparison of a few dozen specimens reveal that this offset is likely as common as the corrected typeset.
